We take online payments for our v-Learning products. We use Worldpay as our external payment provider. Worldpay requires the billing address of the credit card you use so that they can check the address against the cardholder`s details for security purposes. Worldpay stores these billing details on their servers in case they need to contact you in the future regarding payments. WorldPay requires that you provide your credit card details to process the transaction. This is done on a secure WorldPay server using SSL (secure sockets layer).
After the transaction has been authorized you are returned to the Vistalearning site. Vista does not have any access to these credit card details and they are not stored or processed in any way by Vista. In the case of a suspected fraudulent transaction, card details may be disclosed to Vista by WorldPay for the sole purpose of performing further checks. Vista is not permitted to then retain these details. These details are stored securely by WorldPay in order to process future payments you may make, but WorldPay does not use your information for any other purpose.
